Product Details
Give your photos a bold splash of green with the Enola Gaye WP40 smoke grenade. Its coloured smoke rolls into the scene, adding movement, atmosphere and a striking backdrop while the sun is still out. It is a great way to make a simple outdoor setting feel more dramatic.
The effect runs for around ninety seconds, giving your photographer a sequence of changing shapes to capture. From the first plume to the developing cloud, the smoke brings its own texture and energy to the picture.

Where does it work best?
An open outdoor photo location with permission to use smoke is the starting point. Keep the people in the picture outside the smoke and use perspective to place the colour behind them, rather than standing anyone in the cloud.
Allow at least eight metres of spectator distance and follow the supplied label if it requires more. Check where the breeze will carry the smoke, including beyond your immediate event space. Avoid locations where it could obscure a road, enter a building or affect other people. If the conditions are unsuitable, change the plan before activating it.
How to set it up and activate it
Read the WP40 instructions on the supplied unit before use. Prepare its position as directed, keep the smoke outlet unobstructed and use only the manufacturer's specified activation method. Do not assume a smoke product can be carried or posed with while operating.
Keep people clear during activation and allow the unit to cool before handling it. There is no opportunity to reset the effect for a missed photograph, so brief everyone first. Our firework setup guide is useful for any separate fireworks you include in the event.
