All fireworks we sell conform to British Standards BS7114 Part:2 1988 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Goods will usually be dispatched within 5 to 7 days, please allow enough time before your event for delivery. A local delivery courrier will be delivering the fireworks. They will call to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
They deliver 7 days a week 9am to 5pm. There will be a small surcharge for weekend deliveries.
Please make sure someone 18 or over is able to receive and sign for the delivery as failed deliveries will incur extra charges.
Any damange must be reported within 24hrs of delivery by calling 0161 881 3990. ( All orders are double checked before leaving the shop)
Please check all the packages on delivery and note any damage or shortages on the delivery note before signing.
Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of your goods.
Do not wait until the day of your event/display to check your order.
Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.
We make every effort to complete orders in full but at peak times stock levels are not checked daily as such sometime we sell out of products and dont have time to change the website quick enough. In this circumstance we will offer a replacement of the same value or more. If this does happen we will call before adding a different firework.
No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted in any circumstances.

Where applicable we comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000. We offer a 7 day cancellation period from the date of delivery to you.

Fireworks are hazardous goods and as such can only be returned by specialised carriers. When written confirmation of cancellation has been received we will notify you of how and when the fireworks will be collected. We will also advise you of any charges that will be due for the collection. These fees will be retained from the refund.
If your total order of fireworks contains more than 50kg net weight of powder, Chorlton Fireworks is required to obtain the Name & Address, date of supply and any other details of persons, if you intend to forward the fireworks on. This is due to the The Firework Regulations 2004. Chorlton Fireworks will be unable to supply your fireworks without this information, and it is an offence to supply information that you know to be false or incorrect.
We only offer refunds for faulty fireworks that have been used in accordance with their written instructions. Refunds or a exchange will only be given once Chorlton Fireworks has the firework back ( unless instructed otherwise ) for us to investigate the problem.
Chorlton Fireworks will not accept liability where Force Majeure is considered to have been a factor of failure. Illustrations of such circumstances are adverse weather conditions, fire, floods, strikes, government action or regulations, delays by suppliers or courriers, accidents and shortages. Liability will not be accepted where the company deems their product has not be used correctly or for the purpose for which they were intended.
All carriage cost are non refundable, including collection of returning fireworks.
All refunds will be made the way payment was taken to purchase the fireworks.
Purchasers MUST be 18 years of age or over. With no exceptions at all.
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or possess fireworks
It is illegal for anyone to possess and fire fireworks in public places.
